safeguarding the operational continuity of our clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop and maintain complex applications using Natural and Adabas to ensure high performance and data integrity for business-critical systems.\n\n- Execute JCL scripts to manage batch processing and job scheduling, ensuring timely completion of daily operational tasks.\n\n- Resolve technical incidents and system anomalies by applying ITIL-based incident management protocols to minimize service disruptions.\n\n- Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement system enhancements.\n\n- Document technical specifications and procedural workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain compliance with internal quality standards.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in developing and debugging applications within Natural and Adabas environments on mainframe platforms.\n\n- Proficient in writing and modifying JCL to manage complex batch job streams and system workflows.\n\n- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, specifically regarding incident management and service delivery processes in a production environment.\n\n- Ability to communicate technical complexities clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders to drive collaborative problem-solving.\n\n- Proven capability to manage tasks independently and adapt to the requirements of a high-pressure, on-site work environment in Bangalore.\n\n- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience in mainframe application support
