Technical Lead - Actimize Development

Role : Developer / Technical Lead

Required Technical Skill Set :

- Working Knowledge on Nice Actimize Tool, Java/J2EE, Unix, RDBMS and PL/SQL

- Enterprise Risk Case Management (ERCM)

- Experience in AML & Compliance Portfolio

- AML Detection & Prevention

- Financial Markets Compliance

Must-Have Nice Actimize Modules :

- SAM, CDD, CTR, WLF, ActOne, Java/ J2EE, PLSQL

Good-to-Have :

- UNIX and Shell scripting

Key Responsibilities :

- Work extensively with Actimize Designer to create data views, map UI fields, configure backend queries, and support application development.

- Work with Actimize Visual Modeler to configure channels, process flows, and business workflows.

- Implement, configure, and test Actimize AML modules including SAM, CDD, CTR, WLF, and ActOne.

- Develop and support system integrations, plugins, interfaces, and data flows into Actimize.

- Work on AML/Fraud prevention solutions within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

- Apply strong technical knowledge of application frameworks, databases, system integration, and database optimization.

- Develop and maintain solutions using Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, RDBMS, and MQ.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform defect fixes, and provide technical support.

- Handle code deployment, configuration management, release activities, and production support.

- Create and maintain Knowledge Base (KB), SOPs, technical documentation, and support procedures.

- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement process/technical enhancements.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies, ceremonies, and project delivery activities.

- Coordinate shift handovers and ensure smooth transition of activities to the next shift.

- Adhere to defined SLAs, support processes, and shift timings.

- Experience in application integration, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in an Agile and multi-shift environment.
