team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI;\n\nReview existing reporting solutions, identify limitations, and propose improvements;\n\nBuild and automate reporting for business planning, budgeting, and P&L together with Finance and business stakeholders;\n\nGather and clarify business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions;\n\nCreate dashboards and reports for tracking key business and product metrics;\n\nAutomate recurring reporting and reduce manual work;\n\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards;\n\nInvestigate reporting issues and discrepancies and help identify solutions;\n\nOwn tasks end to end: from understanding the business request to delivering the final result.\n\nRequirements:\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI;\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries;\n\nAbility to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions;\n\nExperience working with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results;\n\nStrong analytical and system thinking;\n\nProactivity, ownership, and attention to detail;\n\nAbility to work independently with tasks where there is no ready-made solution or detailed instruction;\n\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;\n\nEnglish
