Linux and scripting languages.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.\nFamiliar with queries, procedures, and query optimization.\nStrong experience in Linux operating environments.\nAbility to run simple scripts on Linux, preferably as a sudo user.\nAWS certification (preferred).\nExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Iterative development frameworks.\nSelf-starter with a positive attitude, comfortable working with product managers and\ndevelopers.\nKnowledge of support tools (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus.\nPrior knowledge of the insurance domain is a plus.\nWillingness to work over weekends or holidays during
