These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day. \nAbout the Role\nRiskified Partnership Manager is an integral part of the Global Partner team and is a key position to help grow our partner business and support the investment in this important business channel.\nIn the Partnership Manager role, you will own the development and operation of specific programs that help partners accelerate their Riskified relationship and produce mutual success with merchants. \nYou will work cross-functionally to build and scope requirements for programs that will solve partner and merchant challenges. The ideal candidate has experience with program development, working cross-functionally, reporting, training and communicating to a variety of audiences and is highly organized. The Partner Program Manager must have the ability and initiative to understand complex business needs and solve them with programs.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nWork closely with business, sales, marketing, technical and operations stakeholders to understand and address partner challenges.\nTake feedback from the partner ecosystem to implement, operate, and deliver against program goals.\nLeverage your channel knowledge to solve highly complex business challenges through programmatic solutions including working with technical stakeholders on program design.\nDevelop proposals for new initiatives including return on investment profile and financial analysis.\nOperationalize a global partner program with a focus on program recruitment and adoption, reporting, feature roadmap, and problem resolution.\nWork with subject matter experts, partners, and other stakeholders to develop internal content that meets audience and program requirements in creative and engaging ways.\nWork with cross functional groups including Operations, Enablement, Marketing Business Development and Sales teams to build enablement programs that allow strategic partners to develop capabilities and achieve proficiency according to program requirements.\nDevelop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities\nBuild and execute a communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence\nMeasure and report effectiveness of program\nOwn goals/performance reporting\nQualifications\nAbility to build consensus, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and different levels of management.\nProven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPIs, and success measures.\nComfortable partnering with managers and senior leaders to drive program and project execution.\nSuperb writing and communication skills\nGreat interpersonal skills and a team player\nProblem-solver, resourceful and independent\nSolid process and analytical skills\nStrong comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns while developing and applying solutions.\nAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles.\nProven agility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.\nSensitivity across cultures and languages is critical.\nLife at Riskified\nWe are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
