You will review and guide the development of courses, assessments and supporting materials while leading the design of complex or high-priority learning initiatives where required.\nThis is an opportunity to influence how learning is designed and delivered across a global SaaS organisation. You will help build a scalable digital-learning capability by coaching developers, applying learner feedback and performance data, and exploring how AI and emerging learning technologies can improve both the development process and the learner experience.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with business units, Product teams and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and define appropriate learning solutions. \nEstablish and maintain instructional-design standards, templates and AI-supported development practices for the Training team. \nReview course structures, scripts, storyboards, assessments and completed learning content to ensure instructional quality, consistency and alignment with business objectives. \nCoach and support Digital Learning Developers in applying instructional-design principles and improving the effectiveness of their content. \nLead the design and development of complex, high-priority or strategic learning initiatives where required.\nUse learner feedback, survey data, assessment results and other available learning data to evaluate content effectiveness and recommend improvements.\nKeep up to date with developments in AI, instructional design and digital-learning technologies, recommending improvements to the team’s development approach.\n\nSupport other learning-design initiatives as reasonably required.\n\nRequirementsStrong written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly with different audiences. \nAt least three years’ experience in instructional design, learning design, eLearning or a related field. \nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \nStrong knowledge of instructional-design principles, learning objectives, assessment design and adult-learning practices. \nExperience working with subject matter experts and translating complex product or business information into effective learning solutions. \nAbility to review learning content, provide constructive feedback and coach content developers. \nAbility to use AI tools responsibly to support learning analysis, course design and content development, while validating outputs for accuracy and quality. \nStrong stakeholder-management, problem-solving and organisational skills.\n DesirableExperience with SaaS products, eLearning authoring tools, LMS platforms, SCORM, accessibility standards or learning
