aligned with business and technology roadmaps.\n\n- Develop modernization strategies for legacy AS400 applications.\n\n- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes.\n\nTechnical Leadership : \n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.\n\n- Lead solution design discussions and perform architecture reviews.\n\n- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.\n\n- Mentor developers and technical leads on IBM i technologies and modernization approaches.\n\nApplication Development & Modernization : \n\n- Drive modernization initiatives involving RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, COBOL, and DB2 for i.\n\n- Design API-based integrations using REST/SOAP services.\n\n- Enable cloud, web, and middleware integrations with AS400 applications.\n\n- Support migration and transformation projects involving legacy systems.\n\nSystem Integration : \n\n- Design integrations with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, payment systems, and digital platforms.\n\n- Ensure seamless data exchange through APIs, MQ, ETL, and batch processing frameworks.\n\n- Define data architecture and integration standards.\n\nPerformance & Reliability : \n\n- Optimize application and database performance.\n\n- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning.\n\n- Conduct capacity planning and system health assessments.\n\nStakeholder Management : \n\n- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Partner with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.\n\n- Present architecture recommendations and technology roadmaps to
