Posizione

Buyer e Inventory Analyst

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'area Acquisti e Supply Chain e si occuperà della gestione degli approvvigionamenti, del monitoraggio delle giacenze di magazzino e dell'analisi dei flussi di materiale, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei costi e dei processi aziendali.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione degli acquisti e delle trattative con i fornitori relativamente a prezzi, tempi di consegna e condizioni commerciali
  • Monitoraggio dei costi di approvvigionamento e supporto alle attività di budgeting
  • Ricerca e qualificazione di nuovi fornitori
  • Supervisione delle chiusure periodiche di magazzino
  • Analisi delle giacenze, delle rotazioni di magazzino e dei materiali a lenta movimentazione
  • Verifica e riconciliazione delle giacenze fisiche con i dati presenti a gestionale
  • Elaborazione di report e analisi a supporto della Direzione
  • Collaborazione con i reparti Produzione, Logistica e Amministrazione per garantire la continuità dei flussi operativi

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli quali Buyer, Addetto agli Approvvigionamenti o Analista di Magazzino/Logistica
  • Preferibile provenienza dal settore metalmeccanico
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi ERP aziendali
  • Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Excel (tabelle pivot, formule e analisi dati)
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o titolo equivalente; si valutano anche diplomati con consolidata esperienza nel ruolo
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e organizzative
