This will necessitate a close relationship to the corporate applications department as well as day to day contact with the sales organization to ensure that Rite-Hite products perform appropriately.\nVisits job sites as necessary pre-sale to ensure all issues that need to be taken into account when quoting are considered.\nReviews all orders to determine which are projects.\nCoordinates all projects with Sales Rep, TTL, and CSR, as well as subcontractors.\nCoordinate and perform job site checks as needed.\nAttend project startup meetings, ensuring good communication with all parties and fostering good relationships with customers, contractors, and other parties on the job.\nMaintain the district's electronic installation schedule.\nCoordinate all-district installations with customers and subcontractors. This includes off loading of product, necessary equipment, and resolving any unforeseen issues that arise during the project.\nMonitor subcontractor performance on projects, including quality of work, compliance with safety standards, compliance with Arbon customer service standards, and meeting deadlines, per AQBP.\nPerform cost control activities including review of subcontractor invoices.\nMaintain up to date product knowledge of all Rite-Hite products and common allied products.\nWorking with Service Manager, TTL's, and Safety Coordinator, support a safe and healthy workplace for Arbon employees and subcontractors. This includes modelling safe behaviors and safety policies, supporting safety training programs, conducting safety audits of Technicians and subcontractors, and monitoring safety on job sites.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nThe successful individual will possess:\nAssociate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school\nSix months to one-year related experience and/or training\nEquivalent combination of education and experience.\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS\nThe ideal individual will demonstrate:\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. \nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. \nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. \nAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. \nAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\nCompany Description:\nArbon Equipment - A Rite-Hite Company is the global leader in the manufacture and distribution of industrial loading dock and door equipment.
