When you join Arbon Equipment, you’re not just selling or servicing equipment - you’re building trusted partnerships with customers and growing your career with a company backed by the strength of Rite-Hite’s global innovation.\nPURPOSE AND SCOPE\nThe End User Billing and Collection Specialistplays a vital role in ensuring that all balances due for End User equipment work is billed and collected in a timely mannerfor an allocation of customer accounts.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:\nReview an allocation of End User Non-Portal sales records for proper billing instructions, special conditions, and ensure each sale is billed and collected in a timely and accurate manner.\nBuild strong positive relationships with external customers by providing a level of customer service that instills confidence that issues will be resolved in a timely fashion and in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.\nResearch and resolve any customer billing issues and/or questions in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing internal systems confirming job status, reviewing job files and contractual obligations, reviewing cash application, and reconciling jobs.\nCommunicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that potential billing issues or payment delays are properly escalated and resolved.\nResearch and resolve all billing related questions that arise.\nManage the collection of outstanding invoices so that payment is received promptly and foster an environment where customers have an excellent end-to-end billing experience. \nMaintaining a clean and up-to-date Accounts Receivable aging is essential to fulfilling this job mandate. The candidate must be able to promptly and proactively identify customer billing issues, prioritize and resolve the issues, and ensure the accurate application of customer payments to corresponding invoices. \nMake collections calls on past due accounts to include communicating to departments that can resolve customer issues resulting in payment of past due amounts.\nAssist Rite-Hite and the Operations Department in any reasonable capacity required\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE \nAssociate’s degree in a related field preferred\nThree or more years of billing and/or collecting experience\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:\nStrong Excel skills, ability to work with a variety of software products\nJD Edwards ERP system experience a PLUS\nExcellent organizational skills and great attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nStrong team-player with a can do attitude\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThis role has no supervisory responsibilities.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Arbon Equipment - A Rite-Hite Company, we take care of our people - because when you’re supported, you can do your best work.
