When you join Arbon Equipment, you’re not just selling or servicing equipment - you’re building trusted partnerships with customers and growing your career with a company backed by the strength of Rite-Hite’s global innovation.\nPURPOSE AND SCOPE\nTo coordinate district installation activities to ensure customer expectations are exceeded on assigned projects.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nCoordination of all installation projects, ensuring quality of work andtimelycompletion whilecontainingcosts and exceeding customer expectations.\n\nFostergood communicationand relationships among customers, contractors, subcontractors, Technicians, and Sales Reps.\n\nServe asresourcefor sales representatives when quoting installation pricing and scheduling.\n\nThis position willbe responsible forassuring that all Rite-Hiteproduct isproperly applied and are installed according to Rite Hite specifications. This willnecessitatea close relationship to the corporate applications department as well as day to day contact with the sales organization to ensure that Rite-Hite products perform appropriately.\n\nVisits job sites as necessary pre-saleto ensure all issues that need to betaken into accountwhen quotingareconsidered.\n\nReviews all orders todeterminewhichare projects.\n\nCoordinates all projects with Sales Rep, TTL, and CSR, as well as subcontractors.\n\nCoordinate and perform job site checks as needed.\n\nAttend project startup meetings, ensuringgood communicationwith all parties and fostering good relationships with customers, contractors, and other parties on the job.\n\nMaintain the district's electronic installation schedule.\n\nCoordinate all-district installations with customers and subcontractors. This includesoff loadingof product, necessary equipment, and resolving any unforeseen issues that arise during the project.\n\nMonitor subcontractor performance on projects, including quality of work, compliance with safety standards, compliance with Arbon customer service standards, and meeting deadlines, per AQBP.\n\nPerform cost control activities including review of subcontractor invoices.\n\nMaintain up to date product knowledge of all Rite-Hite products and common allied products.\n\nWorking with Service Manager, TTL's, and Safety Coordinator,supporta safe and healthy workplace for Arbon employees and subcontractors. This includesmodellingsafe behaviors and safety policies, supporting safety training programs, conducting safety audits of Technicians and subcontractors, and monitoring safety on job sites.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nThe successful individual willpossess:\nAssociatedegree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school\n\nSixmonths toone-yearrelated experience and/or training\n\nEquivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS\nThe idealindividualwilldemonstrate:\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.\n\nAbility towritereports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.\n\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and thegeneral public.\n\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.\n\nAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\n\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.\n\nAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\n\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\n\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Arbon Equipment - A Rite-Hite Company, we take care of our people - because when you’re supported, you can do your best work.
