Here, you’ll find innovation, stability, and the chance to grow your career as part of a team that’s always looking ahead.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, and manage daily tasks for a team of QA analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development\nOversee QA processes across IT validations or SIT, regression testing, and UAT phases\nDesign, write, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IT validations and system integrations\nExecute and support manual testing efforts, including structured test scripts maintained in tools such as Jira Zephyr and Excel\nUtilize Jira and Zephyr (optional) or Excel for test management, execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management\nSupport and expand automated testing using Copado\nPlan and coordinate regression testing cycles to ensure system stability across releases\nPartner with business stakeholders across manufacturing, sales, and service to develop UAT scripts, guide execution, and validate results\nTranslate business processes and requirements into effective test scenarios and coverage\nIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring clear communication with development teams\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with quality standards\nEstablish and continuously improve QA standards, processes, and best practices\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role\nHands-on experience writing and executing test scripts for IT validations or SIT\nExperience using Excel for test case and script management\nExperience with regression testing and release cycles\nFamiliarity with test automation tools, preferably Copado\nProven ability to manage QA teams and coordinate across multiple initiatives\nExperience supporting UAT and working directly with business users\nGood understanding of business processes within manufacturing operations, sales, and/or service environments\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Zephyr or similar test management tools\nExperience in Salesforce environments\nDeeper domain expertise in manufacturing, sales, or service operations\nKnowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices\nExperience working in Agile or hybrid environments\nKey Competencies:\nLeadership and accountability\nStrong attention to detail\nEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nProblem-solving and critical thinking\nAbility to balance hands-on work with team leadership\nWhat We Offer\nAt Rite-Hite, we take care of our people - because when you’re supported, you can do your best work.
