As a pilot you will transport company officials, customers and family members domestically and internationally on the company owned aircraft in a safe and cost-effective manner in compliance with a FAR/CFR Part 91 flight operation.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.\nOperate the company aircraft in a safe, cost-effective manner in compliance with FAA standards\nConduct pre- and post-flight operations including assessment of weather conditions as well as aircraft readiness.\nKeep current and up to date tablets, computers and devices, navigation apps, company manuals, aircraft manuals, aircraft performance apps.\nCommand the use of the company aircraft through safe and efficient scheduling and trip planning.\nThis position you will perform general aircraft cleaning, request lav. services when needed, catering and stocking of aircraft stores upon arrival and completions of flights and communicate with the Director of Maintenance or Sr. Maint. Tech and/or Director of Aviation regarding any maintenance discrepancies.\nAttend Initial and recurrent training events along with continuing education regarding safety enrichment courses, international flight operations and any seminars you feel would help improve safety in the flight department.\nDaily operations you will be required to fill out aircraft flight logs, manage any/all required international paperwork and journey logs, report and fill out aircraft discrepancy forms and reports to the Director of Maintenance or Sr. Maint. Tech and/or Director of Aviation, follow guidelines set forth by the FAA, LOAs, operation specifications, company policies and procedures.\nIf asked to help maintain aircraft hangar facility as required, ensure doors are secured when leaving and any supplies that may need restocking.\nIf asked, assist the aircraft maintenance department with aircraft run ups if asked while maintenance performs required checks.\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE\nPreferred a four B.A. degree\nAssociates degree in a related field\n3000 hours total flight time, 1000 turbine and 500 PIC turbine\nMid-Cabin to Large Cabin aircraft Experience\nG550 and/or G280 type rating is preferred but not required\nInternational Operational Experience\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:\nMulti-engine Commercial Pilot Certification\nClass I FAA Medical Certificate\nFCC Radio Station License\nCurrent Passport\nAbility to travel 75%\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds into and out of aircraft\nValid drivers license\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThisrole will not have supervisoryresponsibilities\nWhat We Offer\nAt Rite-Hite, we take care of our people - because when you’re supported, you can do your best work.
