This role works closely with company leaders, subject matter experts, and the Learning & Development Manager to identify training needs and coordinate effective learning opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization.\nThe Learning & Development Specialist will serve as a resource for leadership development, professional skills training, workforce development, and employee learning by coordinating internal and external training opportunities and supporting the delivery of relevant and impactful learning experiences.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, directors, and emerging leaders.\nAssist in developing and maintaining structured learning pathways that support employee growth and development.\nSupport the development and maintenance of competency models, leadership frameworks, and learning resources aligned with organizational values and objectives.\nCoordinate new leader onboarding and management development programs.\nAssist with evaluating training program effectiveness through participant feedback, completion data, performance metrics, and other available measures.\nSupport succession planning and employee development initiatives as directed.\nDevelop and maintain participant guides, facilitator materials, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.\nCoordinate internal and external training programs, including instructor-led workshops, seminars, webinars, guest speakers, conferences, and certification programs.\nIdentify and coordinate qualified instructors, consultants, and subject matter experts for specialized and ad hoc training programs.\nBuild and maintain relationships with local colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce development organizations, professional associations, and training providers.\nResearch and recommend learning opportunities that support employee and organizational development.\nAssist with scheduling, registration, communications, logistics, materials, and other administrative requirements associated with training programs.\nFacilitate selected instructor-led training programs and employee development sessions.\nAssist with identifying training needs through employee feedback, performance trends, business needs, and discussions with department leaders.\nSupport compliance and required training initiatives in partnership with Human Resources, Quality, Operations, and other departments.\nParticipate in special projects and other Learning & Development initiatives as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred.\nThree or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating and/or facilitating employee training programs.\nExperience developing training materials, presentations, job aids, or other learning resources.\nExperience working with external training vendors, instructors, consultants, or educational institutions preferred.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems preferred.\nManufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills and
