Eplan is accelerating its transition towards cloud-enabled engineering platforms and integrated digital engineering ecosystems.\nLocation: Schaumburg, IL - Hybrid work model\nCompensation: $58,000 - $73,000\nRole:\nAs a Central Coordinator, you are an essential team member willing to help schedule and manage engagements, schedules, invoicing, and operational forecast as part of a growing Professional Services team. The Central Coordinator will also support process improvement activities and look to help identify key performance indicators that will help make the team more efficient.\nPrimary Responsibilities : \nPlan Professional Service resources in our planning solution based on skills, project duration, and time availability. \nCoordinate activities between sales, marketing, and services so that resource allocation and expectations are clear. \nSupport the scheduling and setup of EPLAN training in the United States. \nManage operational status (hours and milestones) and drive invoicing for the United States region. \nSupport the creation and processing of department purchase orders, travel requests (as necessary), invoices, and international resource requests. \nPlan EPLAN demonstrations and marketing events with the Professional Services organization as required. \nRecommend process improvements as necessary to improve efficiencies. \nQualifications : \nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project and/or departmental scheduling. \nPreferred experience in the following fields: operations, software, and/or project management. \nIT and application skills, including Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), a PSA solution (such as Mavenlink, Financial Force, Katana, etc.), HubSpot, and/or SalesForce. \nGood oral and written communication skills in English. \nStrong communication, networking and interpersonal skills. \nStrong business acumen with ability to influence at the various levels of the organization. \nStrong team worker with interfaces to regional sales and other technical departments. \nAdditional Information: \nWe will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
