We design and manufacture the world’s leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high-efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications.\nPrimary Activities/Duties:\nSet up, operate, and monitor machinery to produce sheet metal and enclosure components.\nFollow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output goals.\nUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure product quality.\nPerform routine checks and basic maintenance on machines to ensure safe and efficient operation.\nInspect parts for defects and verify conformance to specifications.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6-S and safety standards.\nComplete required documentation and labeling of parts and materials.\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.\nParticipate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.\nLift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.\nWork in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in English.\nBasic math skills and ability to use measurement tools.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nSafety Requirements:\nWear safety-toed footwear\nSafety glasses with side shields\nHearing protection\nOther PPE as required.\nKnowledge & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED strongly preferred.\nPrior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is required.\nExperience with brake press, CNC, or other metal fabrication equipment is a plus.\nFamiliarity with hand tools, material handling equipment, and basic mechanical skills.\nComputer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is helpful.\nWork Environment:\nWarehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.\nIf you require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may contact the company’s Human Resources Department at (937) 399-0500.\nThis option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability.\nRittal LLC and Eplan are proud to be an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
