We design and manufacture the world’s leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high-efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications.\nWhy Join Us?\nCompetitive pay - $25.01 base wage - Plus $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift\nLow-cost benefits start the month after you start. \nGrowth opportunities\nBe part of a global leader in manufacturing\nPrimary Activities/Duties\nVisually inspect parts for compliance with quality requirements.\nVerify documentation and paperwork for accuracy.\nRead blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances for machined components and assemblies.\nUse inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.\nInitiate containment activities when discrepancies are identified.\nReview and refine data collection requirements based on customer drawings, models, work orders, purchase orders, sketches, and PPAP standards.\nParticipate in Gage R&R studies.\nAct as an impartial third party between production and customer to ensure product quality.\nPerform a variety of inspection tasks with minimal supervision.\nCommunicate inspection findings and non-conformances to relevant stakeholders.\nRead and follow work instructions and general processes.\nUse measuring and testing equipment as needed.\nEnsure products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety policies.\nCollect and record inspection data.\nUtilize company portal for time tracking and policy acknowledgements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSafety Requirements\nWear safety-toed footwear.\nSafety glasses with side shields.\nHearing protection.\nAdditional personal protective equipment as required.\nFollow all safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out when applicable.\nPhysical Requirements\nStand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.\nLift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.\nStand for extended periods and occasionally work at a computer.\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and warehouse areas with exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, and high noise levels.\nMay be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.\nRegular use of cleaning solvents, oils, lubricants, and other substances.\nKnowledge & Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nOne year of related experience or training preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.\nAbility to read engineering drawings and blueprints.\nKnowledge of GD&T and experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.\nBasic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.\n#MFGIf you require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may contact the company’s Human Resources Department at (937) 399-0500.\nThis option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability.\nRittal LLC and Eplan are proud to be an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
