Learn more at rittal.us.\nAbout the Role As the Manufacturing Value Stream Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-shift value stream, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver business results. Working with Work Preparation leadership, you will plan, manage, and balance operations to support value stream goals. You will own safety, quality, delivery, customer engagement, and people results. You will also drive lean manufacturing, operational excellence, capacity expansion, and workforce engagement.
