Sur le stand Rituals du Printemps Nancy, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Fidéliser, développer et animer la marque auprès des clients existants.
  • Animation et vente auprès du client.
  • Veiller au respect des clauses contractuelles (Merchandising, animations, …).
  • Participer aux actions de Marketing opérationnel : évènements, opérations promotionnelles sur le terrain.
  • Effectuer un reporting régulier de votre activité, notamment suivre les indicateurs et les statistiques sur les clients.
  • Assurer une veille commerciale (produits, tendances, concurrence).
  • Issu(e) d'une formation d’Esthétique / Cosmétique
  • Une expérience en grands magasins / parfumerie est un plus
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente, des différents canaux de vente (cross selling)
  • Forte dimension relationnelle et rigueur dans le suivi client
  • Forte culture client, orienté résultats, goût du terrain et du challenge pour atteindre ses objectifs
  • Flexibilité horaire, le planning étant fixé en fonction des horaires du magasin
