About the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager with a strong architectural engineering background to lead and manage technical office operations across our real estate development projects.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural and engineering documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, managing cost estimation and technical submissions, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required technical, financial, and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n- Lead and manage technical office operations across ongoing development projects.\n- Review, coordinate, and approve architectural and engineering drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.\n- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, site teams, and procurement departments to ensure smooth project execution.\n- Review consultant and contractor submissions and ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.\n- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and material specifications.\n- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.\n- Coordinate technical deliverables with project schedules and construction milestones.\n- Resolve design discrepancies and technical issues in coordination with consultants and site teams.\n- Ensure proper documentation, drawing revisions, and technical records management.\n- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, technical standards, and project specifications.\n- Develop and improve technical office procedures to enhance productivity and coordination.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\n- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.\n- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical office roles within real estate development or construction companies.\n- Proven experience in leading and managing technical office teams.\n- Strong background in architectural drawings, shop drawings, design coordination, and construction documentation.\n- Solid experience in BOQs, quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering.\n- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.\n- Good knowledge of engineering specifications, construction methods, and building codes.\n- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.\n- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Previous experience working with real estate developers.\n- Experience handling residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.\n- Experience in BIM coordination and project management
