By investing in our people and fostering a flexible, supportive environment, employees have the opportunity to grow their skills, contribute ideas, and make an impact from day one. all while supporting missions that matter. \nPOSITION OVERVIEW\nRIVA Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Security Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for the solution architecture, integrating best-of-breed security technologies and leading technical presentations, architecture reviews, and implementation guidance for AI and data security initiatives.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\nArchitect AI and data security solutions using Databricks, Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI Gateway, and AWS GovCloud.\nIntegrate DSPM, AI gateway, AI-DLP, CNAPP, and SAST/SCA security technologies.\nLead data discovery, classification, governance, and security posture initiatives.\nDesign AI governance controls, policy enforcement, and data loss prevention capabilities.\nSecure AI artifacts including prompts, RAG datasets, models, agent configurations, and secrets.\nDevelop compliance mappings aligned with NIST AI RMF, FISMA, and OMB AI guidance.\nPartner with project leadership and engineering teams to implement production-ready architectures.\nApply encryption, IAM, secure SDLC, code review, vulnerability testing, and risk management best practices.\nResearch emerging threats and recommend security improvements.\nLead technical orals presentations and architecture briefings.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nExtensive experience designing enterprise security architectures in Federal environments.\nCISSP certification (required).\nHands-on Databricks, Unity Catalog, Mosaic AI Gateway, AWS GovCloud, and FedRAMP experience.\nExperience integrating DSPM, AI-DLP, CNAPP (e.g., Wiz), and SAST/SCA (e.g., Snyk).\nStrong presentation and executive communication skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nAWS Security, Databricks, Azure AZ-500, or comparable cloud security certifications.\nWhite-hat or penetration testing experience.\nExperience protecting sensitive intellectual property or pre-publication data.\nExperience implementing NIST AI RMF, FISMA, and OMB AI guidance.\nThe salary or salary range for this role reflects an estimated range informed by multiple compensation factors.
