This individual will play a critical role in hiring for both funded positions and proposal work, working closely with delivery and growth teams across the company to attract, screen, and hire great talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Technical Recruiter will operate as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, fostering relationships and providing guidance that supports our business needs and hiring strategy.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\nRecruiting Lifecycle Management \nOwn the full recruiting journey, from opening a requisition to extending an offer and closing the hire\nJoin candidate interviews and partner with hiring managers to make well-informed, equitable hiring decisions\nCraft, extend, and negotiate offers that align with company policy and reflect what candidates value most \nStakeholder Partnership \nWork side by side with hiring managers to build and refine requisitions, defining position requirements\nPartner with proposal teams to fuel new business pursuits, sourcing, screening, and preparing top candidates ahead of contract awards\nBuild trust through credibility, integrity, and clear, skilled communication with managers, peers, and candidates \nSourcing & Talent Pipeline Development \nUncover great talent through both traditional and creative channels\nBring strong passive sourcing and talent engagement skills to connect with candidates who aren't actively looking\nOperations, Reporting & Compliance\nKeep accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system\nUse metrics to keep hiring managers and leadership informed of progress\nUphold government regulations, employment laws, and RIVA policies, processes, and procedure \nPrograms & Continuous Improvement \nCoordinate planning and execution of hiring events, both locally and nationally\nContribute actively to process improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the company, including hiring managers, influencers, and RIVA Corporate departments\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n5-7 years of technical recruiting experience\nAt least 5 years in a government contracting environment\nSolid understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle and employment law, including the importance of capturing accurate information to ensure compliance\nProven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations, including helping hiring managers make better, faster interviewing and hiring decisions\nDemonstrated success identifying passive candidates through a variety of channels\nExperience using metrics to track progress and report results\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nTechnical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)\nRelated degree or equivalent work experience\nThe salary or salary range for this role reflects an estimated range informed by multiple compensation factors.
