For more information, check out our website www.riverflex.com.\nYour role as Digital Consulting Intern\nWe're looking for a curious, hands-on intern to join us for a 6-month internship in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You’ll work closely with our consultants on live client projects and internal initiatives, getting real exposure to how a digital transformation consultancy operates - and real ownership over the work you deliver.\nWhat you’ll be working on\nSupporting real client projects with blue-chip companies, contributing to the same workstreams as our consultants\n\nConducting market and industry research, competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform client recommendations\n\nBuilding data visualisations and analysis that bring strategic insights to life\n\nContributing to strategy creation, from framing problems to shaping recommendations\n\nApplying the latest AI tools to real business challenges alongside the team\n\nTaking on strategic internal work, shaping internal processes, implementation plans and business development efforts\n\nYou’ll have the opportunity to both lead and support workstreams, with a coach checking in with you across concrete milestones along the way.\nWho you are\nYou’re a strategic thinker, conceptually and practically, who challenges the status quo and finds ways to improve things.\n\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being challenged.\n\nYou’re a curious self-starter who wants a hands-on role and loves diving deep into new topics.\n\nYou’re genuinely interested in AI and applied AI, and enjoy experimenting with new tools.\n\nRelevant work experience, such as a previous internship in a related field, is highly preferred.\n\nYou communicate excellently in English; Dutch is a plus.\n\nYou’re enrolled at a university for the full internship and available at least 32 hours a week (ideally 40).\n\nWhat we offer\n800€/month compensation\n\nHybrid work: Home, client, or office.
