As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building the world's first quantum error correction stack, Deltaflow. You will collaborate with top engineers, product experts, and quantum physicists to design, build, and deliver this cutting-edge technology. Prior knowledge of quantum computing is not required, as you will learn on the job.
Missions
- Design and build embedded software components for the quantum error correction stack, focusing on features that facilitate seamless deployment.
- Integrate the quantum error correction stack into advanced quantum computing systems and develop test infrastructure to verify system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and constraints, ensuring the successful delivery of the product.
Profil recherché
- Great communication skills and an ability to work with a diverse range of people are essential- Strong C++ skills
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Maths or a related discipline
- Experience with standard development practises, such as source control, continuous integration and unit testing
- Curiosity to learn about new technologies, including quantum computing and error correction
- A deep understanding of how hardware implements software
- Proficiency with a scripting language, such as Python
- Hands-on experience of working alongside hardware design
- Experience writing embedded software in high-performance applications
