This client-facing role will interact with key client leadership (CFO, Controller etc.) and will contribute to the areas of business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on the Oracle / NetSuite Planning and Budgeting engagements.\nThe Solution Architect will work side-by-side with our implementation team members in leading multiple client projects ranging from software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through business development and sales as well as practice development.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport Business Development and Sales\nParticipate in and lead pre-sales meetings with current and prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if Oracle / NetSuite Planning and Budgeting are the best fit for requirements presented.\n\nWork with Engagement Management to determine the timeline, resource plan, level-of-effort and fee estimates required for implementation in achieving client objectives.\n\nCreate and review work plans and draft proposals for completeness.\n\nExecute Projects\nCollaborate with Riveron team members to develop efficient and high-quality EPM solutions\n\nParticipate in workshops to define implementation strategy\n\nLead and conduct all aspects of our implementation methodologies\n\nApply leading practices to solution design and build to adhere to client requirements\n\nConfigure the Oracle and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB/PBCS) software to develop and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders\n\nMentor and education client personnel and consulting team members\n\nOracle/NetSuite EPM Practice Development\nWork with practice leadership to develop and deliver EPM-specific training, business development training and collateral and engagement materials/templates.\n\nWho You Are\n· Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships\n· Ability to guide, develop and grow team members\n· Team oriented personality\n· Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset\n· Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments\n· Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams\n· Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)\n· 7+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 4+ years in Oracle PBCS / NSPB.\n· Oracle /NetSuite EPM Planning (especially pre-built models of Financial Planning and Workforce Planning) solution architecture.\n· Strong expertise in Essbase: cube design (ASO/BSO), calculation scripts, and performance tuning.\n· Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management (FDMEE), and EPM Automate.\n· Proven experience integrating Oracle/NetSuite ERP with EPM via Saved Searches and data pipelines.\n· Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, Opex, workforce planning).\n· Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver business-facing solutions.\n· Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.\n­­­­­­­­­­­\nPreferred Qualifications\n· Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Essbase certification.\n· Experience with Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS with Transaction matching) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), OneStream, Adaptive or Anaplan\n· Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud).\n· Advanced integration skills: REST APIs, scripting, or middleware (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).\n· Prior consulting experience in large-scale EPM/ERP transformation projects.\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
