You have a foundational understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, and Payment Portal, and you are eager to learn and grow into techno-functional or functional consulting roles. You possess strong analytical and communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments.\nYour strengths include:\nBasic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping.\n\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.\n\nStrong problem-solving and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP).\n\nEducation: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Associate Consultant at Riveron, you will:\nAssist in end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across all project phases: Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.\n\nSupport requirement gathering, documentation, and mapping of business processes.\n\nPerform hands-on configuration of functional components as per client requirements.\n\nCollaborate with senior consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA for smooth project execution.\n\nConduct testing, validate configurations, and assist in issue tracking and resolution.\n\nPrepare training materials and support client onboarding and user training activities.\n\nMaintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and status reports.\n\nUnderstand client business functions and communicate insights to internal teams.\n\nContribute to enhancement of methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skills\nFunctional Knowledge: Basic understanding of O2C cycle (Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Payment Portal).\n\nTechnical Skills: Foundational SaaS configuration knowledge.\n\nAnalytical Skills: Requirement gathering, process mapping, problem-solving.\n\nCommunication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and articulate insights clearly.\n\nTools & Platforms: HighRadius Receivables Cloud (preferred), ERP systems.\n\nCertifications (Preferred): HighRadius Cash Application, EIPP and Credit.\n\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
