This position will be responsible for overall system configuration, performance, and maintenance, including maintaining HR data, ensuring information security, testing updates, troubleshooting, and improving process efficiency.\nWho You Are:\n4+ years of Workday Configuration experience is required. In both cases, experience should include the following Workday modules: Payroll, Benefits, and Absence, ideally in a multi-country environment.\n\nFamiliarity with country-specific statutory, payroll, and leave requirements is a strong plus, along with the ability to learn new regional rules quickly.\n\nProficient working knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other applications.\n\nMust possess the following: good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and external statutory or government bodies as required, presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management, and planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.\n\nAbility to provide outstanding troubleshooting support in a fast-paced environments, read and interpret complex reports and documents, and assimilate and interpret various sources of data while providing recommendations to executive management and making decisions in order to solve highly complex problems from start to finish.\n\nWillingness to work 12:00 PM-9:00 PM IST to provide overlap with global teams.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain and administer Workday and other systems supporting the HR function. Perform mass data cleanup and auditing across regions to ensure data integrity, data entry, adds, changes, and overall system maintenance.\n\nSupport configuration and testing of Workday releases and updates, including regional compliance changes.\n\nGenerate reports for various global and regional business needs.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional projects, including support for new country rollouts as the business expands.\n\nRecommend policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.\n\nFollow information security and data privacy requirements for employee data across jurisdictions.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
