The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Subscription Management. This role ensures accurate quoting, streamlined billing processes, and compliance with revenue recognition standards.\nWho You Are:\n5+ Years of Experience in Salesforce with Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.\n\nHands on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.\n\nHands on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition\n\nHands on experience of CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash process\n\nConfigure products, pricing, product bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures\n\nBuild advanced logic such as product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided selling\n\nOptimize quote-to-order processes to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times\n\nExperience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, and collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, renewals\n\nKnowledge of revenue recognition setups\n\nExperience integrating with NetSuite and ERP with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi\n\nExperience with Agentforce is a plus\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes\n\nDocument functional requirements and create solution architecture, System Architecture and Entity Relationship Diagram\n\nExcellent understanding of Quote to Cash end to end business process\n\nConfigure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling\n\nExperience with Salesforce Billing or integration with Billing platforms like Zone Billing for invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition\n\nDesign subscription and recurring revenue models\n\nExperience building Usage products\n\nGuide clients to make buy vs build decisions\n\nDesign integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, Billing platforms, Payment gateways, and tax engines and implement them\n\nDevelop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing\n\nConfigure reports and dashboards as per client requirement\n\nPrepare configuration runbooks and guide development team\n\nCreate documentation for CPQ billing processes and Conduct user training\n\nSupport deployment and post-implementation enhancements\nCertifications:\nSalesforce Certified CPQ Specialist\n\nRevenue Cloud Consultant\n\nAgentforce Specialist (Desirable)\n\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect (Desirable)\n\nPlatform Developer I & II (Desirable)\n\nIntegration Architecture Designer (Desirable)\n\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
