The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce CPQ functionality, expertise in QA automation, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Exposure to Salesforce Billing is preferred, while experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is desirable.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud.\n\nDesign, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, sanity, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce implementations.\n\nDefine test environment and test data requirements, and collaborate with development teams to ensure test readiness.\n\nValidate Salesforce CPQ business processes, including product configuration, pricing and product rules, quoting, approvals, amendments, renewals, and order management.\n\nPerform integration testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrated systems.\n\nPrepare, automate, and execute regression test suites to maximize test coverage and improve release quality.\n\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify defects early in the development lifecycle.\n\nConduct sanity testing to ensure applications are production-ready before deployment.\n\nTrack, prioritize, and report defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in functional and automation testing of Salesforce applications.\n\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ functionality testing.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud business processes and functionality.\n\nExpertise in at least one QA automation tool, such as Playwright, Provar, Selenium, or an equivalent automation framework.\n\nExperience in preparing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.\n\nHands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.\n\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and platform customizations.\n\nExperience with regression test automation and test execution.\n\nProficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nHands-on experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.\n\nExperience working in client-facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to Salesforce Billing functionality and testing.\n\nExperience conducting load and performance testing.\n\nKnowledge of Revenue Cloud processes.\n\nExperience validating Salesforce integrations with external applications.\n\nDesirable Skills\nExposure to Salesforce Service Cloud.\n\nExposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud.\n\nKnowledge of Salesforce automation frameworks such as TestNG.\n\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
