This client-facing role will be challenged in three areas; business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on NetSuite software engagements. The Manager will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in leading multiple client projects ranging from software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through business development and sales as well as practice development.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)\n\n7+ years of implementation or optimization experience and should have prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite\n\nLeading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite Implementations\n\nPrevious experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution\n\nMastery of Microsoft Office Products\n\nAbility to develop, grow and sustain client relationships\n\nEntrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset\n\nAbility to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments\n\nAbility to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams\n\nDesire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activities\n\nYou are willing and able to travel as needed to meet client and business needs, as travel is an expected part of this role.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead Business Development and Sales\n\nLead pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if NetSuite is the best fit for requirements presented\n\nScope NetSuite modules and services required to assist clients in achieving objectives\n\nReview work plans and draft proposals\n\nExecute Projects\n\nCollaborate with Strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions\n\nWork directly with Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionality\n\nLead workshops to define implementation strategy\n\nLead implementation team(s) in executing implementation\n\nEnsure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements\n\nLead other engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementation\n\nDefine integration requirements and collaborate with integration team to interface other outside applications with NetSuite\n\nNetsuite Practice Development\n\nWork with practice leadership to develop NetSuite-specific training, business development training and collateral, and engagement materials/templates\n\nApplications for this evergreen opportunity will be accepted through Dec 31, 2026.\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
