The Senior Solution Consultant will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in executing client projects ranging from software selection, NetSuite implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in NetSuite practice development.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)\n\n3-5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience\n\nPrevious experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution\n\nConsulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus\n\nSoftware as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus\n\nCertified NetSuite ERP Consultant a plus\n\nMastery of Microsoft Office Products\n\nAbility to develop, grow and sustain client relationships\n\nEntrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset\n\nAbility to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments\n\nAbility to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams\n\nDesire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activities\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions\n\nEffectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders\n\nWork directly with Solution Manager and Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionality\n\nParticipate in workshops to define implementation strategy\n\nApply best practices while building custom scripted solutions for specific client requirements\n\nConduct internal testing to validate custom designed solutions and effectively performs user acceptance testing on client NetSuite environments\n\nAttend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team members\n\nProvide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource on all project related inquiries\n\nTrain end-users on specific processes and application\n\nApplications for this evergreen opportunity will be accepted through Dec 31, 2026.\nAbout Riveron:\nAt Riveron, we partner with clients-from global multinationals to high-growth private entities-to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
