As a key player in our sales organization, you will help scale our outbound sales motion, optimize team performance, and drive ambitious growth targets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-performing team that targets diverse industries and organizations.\nOffice Requirements: This is a hybrid role and will have an in-office presence at our Downtown Toronto Office.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership: Manage and inspire a team of 8 BDRs, driving a high-energy, high-performance culture.\nPerformance Management: Track and analyze team KPIs, ensuring both quality and quantity targets are met. Coach reps to sustain and exceed performance expectations quarter over quarter.\nTraining & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to support team growth and individual career development.\nRecruitment & Onboarding: As a face of Riverside, you lead recruiting with energy and enthusiasm to attract top talent, ensure a high-quality assessment of candidate fit, and design effective onboarding programs for new hires.\nStrategy & Execution: Bring new ideas on how Riverside can perform beyond our targets, and be innovative and proactive in your recommendations. Ensure messaging, outreach methodology, and team strategy are evaluated often to maximize effectiveness.\nReporting: Regularly report on team performance, challenges, and successes to the Director of Business Development.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience: 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a tech company with a proven track record of success.\nLeadership: 1+ years of management experience leading a high-performing team of BDRs/SDRs.\nCommunication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and compelling messages.\nPassion for People: A strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to reach their full potential.\nSales Savvy: Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and a strong understanding of prospecting tools and technologies.\nData Driven: You are in the numbers. You understand leading and lagging indicators and where to spend your time, and you make recommendations and changes based on data.\nTech & AI Fluency: Comfortable working across a range of platforms and sales tools, with an AI-forward approach.
