Your focus will be on researching, identifying, and engaging high-potential leads through outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations. You’ll craft compelling messaging, connect through cold calls, and dig into each prospect’s unique needs to uncover potential fit. You'll also collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas and strategies that refine our outbound approach. Your ability to stay curious, build rapport, and spark interest in Riverside will be key to your success.\nRequirements\nWhat you bring to the table\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your message across different channels\nExcellent time management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently\nA self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, always striving to learn and improve\nExperience with outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media\nStrong executive presence and ability to build meaningful connections quickly\nA creative approach to outreach, constantly thinking of new ways to engage potential customers\nAttention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting metrics\nFlexibility to travel occasionally for conferences and networking opportunities\nLocation Requirement:\nThis role is open to candidates based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The role will require one office day every week at our Downtown Toronto office.\nCompensation:\nThe expected base salary range for this role is CAD $60,000-65,000 plus uncapped commission.
