The AI is accountable for student outcomes and acts as a resource for students providing support, remediation, and referral as needed. The AI shall maintain professional competence in their specific discipline through such activities as practice, continuing education programs, conferences, workshops, seminars, academic courses, research projects, and professional writing. The AI participates in community and institutional service activities which contribute to the mission of RHS and RCHC.\nEssential functions are fundamental job duties, knowledge, skills and abilities that are necessary to perform the position. For all College Instructor and Staff positions, standards are intended to apply to all educational delivery methods residential, blended and/or distance as feasible.\nWhat you will do\nInstructor is evaluated on activities that support learning, including instructional design, delivery (both residential and distance methods), assessment, course management, and academic advising.\nAccountable for program, student, and graduate outcomes.\nMaintains professional competence in their specific discipline through such activities as practice, continuing education programs, conferences, workshops, seminars, academic courses, research projects, and professional writing.\nCompletes required instructional scholarly activity and professional development to include two (2) activities related to Distance Education, two (2) activities in the instructor’s professional discipline, two (2) activities directly related to teaching, and one (1) activity related to instructional simulation (not applicable to RN-to-BSN faculty).\nQualifications\nEducation\nMasters Degree, Nursing (Required) \nExperience\n 3-4 years Recent (within last 5 years) clinical experience or teaching in the specified field or a combination of the two prior to hire date (Required)\n Experience in a clinical educational setting (Preferred)\n Formal didactic teaching experience (Preferred)\nLicenses and Certifications\nRegistered Nurse (RN) -
