Will conduct sessions in a safe environment. The personal trainer maintains supervision of clients throughout session.\nWhat you will do\nTrainer is genuinely friendly and concerned for the client's well-being. He/she interacts positively with clients before, during or after sessions and uses their name when appropriate.\nTrainer teaches safe and effective sessions. The trainer refrains from using contraindicated movements and shows modifications throughout the session. Trainer is prepared to teach and maintains a level of fitness appropriate to demonstrate exercises.\nTrainer maintains current CPR certification and is knowledgeable about emergency response chain. CBL's are complete. Instructor maintains national personal training certification.\nTrainer is able to handle customer relation issues in a professional manner while not getting personally involved.
