Identifies, initiates and leads departmental projects, acts as a liaison for the department, and provides ad hoc reporting.\nWhat you will do\nProvides high level analytics of all Revenue Cycle department systems, reports, processes and volume/patient flow. Identifies, monitors, and develops process improvement plans.\nTracks and trends workflow issues and implements solutions.\nCollaborates with departments on projects, seeking input, validation and approval.\nInitiates and leads departmental projects.\nMonitors workflow and staff productivity.
