developing engineering leaders, with the ability to create impact through others andoperateeffectively across multiple teams\n\nBroadsoftware engineering and architecturalexpertise, with the ability to reason about complex systems, technical trade-offs and architecture across frontend, backend,dataand cloud technologies\n\nAproduct and business mindset, with the ability to translate business priorities into technical direction and drive execution across teams\n\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all
