Customer Identity Team is responsible for identifying or authenticating good consumers while recognizing and blocking bad actors to protect our consumers, merchants, partners, and Riverty from fraud.\n\nDesign, develop, test, document, and operate robust, maintainable software for the Customer Identity Platform.\n\nParticipate in the end-to-end product development process and help the team ensure value, usability, feasibility, and viability.\n\nCollaborate as needed with product managers, designers, architects, and other roles to discover the right solutions.\n\nMonitor system health and application metrics for our live-critical platform. Investigate and resolve incidents as needed.\n\nIdentify issues, suggest improvements to new and existing features, and present ideas for solutions.
