# 080-Portfolio Management - Portfolio Manager

SUMMARY This position is responsible primarily for analysis, monitoring and preparation of credit memorandums, criticized/classified loan memos and annual loan reviews for loan officers. Position is a support function to assist loan officers move loan requests through the approval process. The salary for this role will be between $77k-$111K a year. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Works with existing clients and prospects as required to receive information as needed. Ensures that the financial analysis prepared by the Analyst Team is accurate. Analyzes financial spreads to determine if the loan requests meet Bank credit policy. Prepares credit memorandums, criticized/classified loan memos, and annual loan reviews in Credit Quest software program for lenders. Works with the Team Assistant to collect all necessary docume
