Role Summary The Rivian Procurement Program Management team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to support its Charging and Battery programs. As a Sr. Program Manager, you coordinate end-to-end Procurement program execution-program scoping, part sourcing, part tooling, part ordering, and change management-across Charging and Battery programs. You uncover and clearly articulate program risk to individual contributors and managers, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks at the working level, and build the AI-ready data and process improvements that allow Rivian's programs to scale at speed. This position is based onsite in Irvine, California and reports to the Sr. Manager
