assemblies (PCBAs) specifically tailored for robotic applications, including power electronics, firmware, communication protocols, and interfaces.\nBuild and test prototypes to evaluate functionality and performance.\nCollaborate closely with hardware, software, and embedded system engineers to seamlessly integrate hardware components with software systems.\nPerform rigorous testing and evaluations to verify the reliability, durability, and safety of robotic hardware.\nCreate detailed electronics documentation, including specifications, assembly instructions, and testing protocols.\nBuild, lead and mentor an exceptional team of electronics engineers.\nProvide expert guidance to product managers and executives for strategic decision-making.\nCreate and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices to streamline knowledge sharing.\nImprove design standards and processes through active participation in design reviews.\nWhat you must have\nMaster’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Robotics, Automotive or Aerospace.\nA minimum of five years of industry or research experience, with PhD experience applicable.\nExtensive experience in PCB design and firmware development.\nProficient in using PCB design software such as Altium, Eagle, and KiCad, along with simulation software like SPICE.\nSkilled in utilizing electronics instrumentation for debugging.\nKnowledgeable in control systems and the electronics/firmware utilized in robotics or related fields.\nExperienced with control systems applicable to consumer electronics, avionics, and the automotive industry.\nStrong problem-solving skills, adept at debugging and optimizing hardware components.\nDemonstrated leadership in managing teams, contractors, and relationships with OEMs/ODMs.\nGet some bonus points\nPhD degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automotive, Aerospace or a similar discipline, or an equivalent amount of research experience.\nFamiliarity with design for mass production.\nExperience in the robotic, automotive, aerospace, medical, and consumer electronics sector.\nExperience in managing a hardware
