Receptionist

We are seeking an individual to provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills. Fluency or advanced proficiency in English
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Working conditions:

• The stable salary, social and pension assignments, registration for work according to the Labor Code of RK.

• This is a full-time, temporary position of 40 hours per week.
