team to develop and test prototypes.\nPerform feasibility studies and stress analyses using simulation tools such as ANSYS.\nIdentify and address design issues during testing and validation phases.\n\nProcess Optimisation: \nWork closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimised for production.\nImplement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in projects.\nContinuously improve existing designs to enhance performance and cost efficiency.\n\nCollaboration and Documentation: \nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.\nPrepare technical documentation, including engineering reports, specifications, and design records.\nSupport project planning and provide inputs for timelines and resource requirements.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.\n4-8 years of experiencein mechanical design or engineering, preferably in R& D-focused industries working onelectro-mechanical/robotic systems.\nProven experience in designing components and systems for complex projects.\nProficiency in NX CAD software and PLM.\nFamiliarity with simulation tools like ANSYS or Abaqus.\nStrong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.\nExperience in DFM, DFA, and DFMEA principles.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.\nSkills\nDesign
