If you love bringing structure to complexity, keeping people aligned, and turning “in-progress” into “done,” we want to meet you.\nIn this role, you’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, keep our IT projects on track, and act as a trusted voice connecting technical teams with the rest of the credit union. You’ll partner with engineers, project managers, vendors, and business leaders to make sure our technology initiatives move forward smoothly and land with impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAgile Facilitation\nFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives\nLead focused, 15-minute daily stand-ups that surface blockers and drive accountability\nSupport refinement and prioritization of user stories and sprint backlogs\nChampion agile best practices and continuous improvement across IT project teams\nProject Tracking & Coordination\nMaintain project plans and task tracking in tools such as Smartsheet\nKeep deliverables, user stories, and tasks accurately documented and current\nMonitor sprint progress and flag risks, delays, or dependencies early\nCollaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders\nTimeline & Vendor Alignment\nBuild and maintain Gantt charts aligning project timelines with vendor deliverables and contract milestones\nTrack key deadlines and escalate risks tied to vendor dependencies or contracts\nPartner with vendor management to keep deliverables on schedule\nCommunication & Change Management\nServe as a central point of communication for IT project updates\nTranslate technical outcomes into clear, enterprise-wide messaging\nAct as a “voice of change,” driving adoption of new systems and processes\nKeep leadership informed on project status, risks, and outcomes\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Experience\n3-5 years of experience in project coordination, agile environments, or Scrum Master roles\nExperience supporting technology or IT-related projects\nEducation & Certification\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent required - or in progress with a plan to complete within 3 months\nYou’re a Great Fit If You\nHold the team accountable to its commitments - this is a pre-requisite for application to this role and a primary success factor in this role\nRun organized, transparent, on-track sprints - every time\nKeep documentation and reporting sharp and up to date\nBuild strong relationships across both IT and business teams\nDrive accountability and continuous improvement naturally\nCan work independently, juggle priorities, and know when to escalate\nWhy Rize Credit Union\nAt Rize, technology is how we deliver on our promise to our members - and Scrum Masters are the ones who keep that engine running smoothly. This role may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, but not guaranteed based on operations needs and is at the discretion of leadership.
