Join Our Team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller to join our team in Mythos Palace Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, controlling inventory, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring efficient cost management across all F&B operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability. Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory reconciliations. Monitor purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing procedures. Analyze food and beverage consumption, wastage, and variances. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures. Collaborate with the F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Finance departments. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare regular reports for management and recommend corrective actions. Requirements Requirements Previous experience in F&B cost control, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.
