In this important role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new market opportunities to maximize revenue for all 5 Hotels of Rizos Resorts.\nIf you are passionate about hospitality and have a talent for sales, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team in our head offices in Corfu.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.\nCoordinate with marketing and other departments to create promotional campaigns and offers.\nMonitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.\nPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.\nParticipate in networking and industry events to promote Rizos Resorts.\nRequirements\n Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.\n Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.\n Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\n Familiarity with the hospitality industry and market trends is an advantage.\n Fluent in English;
