Our data lives in multiple systems-and we need someone who can connect them, clean them, and make them useful.\nThis role is for someone who’s strong in Salesforce but also comfortable experimenting, prototyping, and stitching systems together to solve real business problems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn Salesforce end-to-end, including configuration, data models, automation, and reporting.\nDesign CRM schemas that reflect how the business actually operates.\nBuild and iterate on workflows, automations, and dashboards.\nConnect Salesforce with production systems and operational tools using APIs, automation platforms, or lightweight scripts.\nInvestigate broken flows, messy data, and manual workarounds-and fix them.\nPartner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate intent into working systems.\nImprove visibility and decision-making by turning data into clear insights.\nWho This Is For\nYou’ll likely enjoy this role if you:\nHave 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.\nLike figuring things out even when documentation is incomplete.\nAre comfortable using modern tools and AI assistance to build practical solutions quickly.\nUnderstand data modeling and system integration concepts.\nAre comfortable pulling data from APIs, files, or databases and making it usable-fast.\nNice to Have\nSalesforce Admin certification(s).\nExperience with tools such as MongoDB, HubSpot, ClickUp, Jira, Zapier, BI tools, or APIs.\nExposure to production, operations, or analytics data.\nLight experience with SQL, scripts, or data transformations.\nOne Last Thing\nWe don’t expect perfection.
