Our exclusive building methodologies, accredited safety standards and professional execution allow us to turn our customers’ greatest concepts into reality.\nPosition Summary\nAssist the Project Manager or Operations Manager, on one or more projects, with the day-to-day administrative operations of a project.\nRole Responsibilities\nPerform administrative support duties and process documentation as required\nSet-up and maintain all project filing systems, including archiving project records\nAssist in getting Contract Agreements secured and processed.\nProvide support to Operations Manager / Division Manager and Project Management including, but not limited to, estimating logs, billing logs, cost projection accumulation and scheduling and normal day-to-day activities.\nGenerate and distribute available Logs and Reports\nAssist in Subcontracted Agreement preparation and processing.\nAssist with submittal review, processing and approvals, including set-up and maintenance of Submittal Logs and Reports.\nMaintain positive and professional relationships with all customers, external and internal.\nAssist in preparation, processing and submittal of all project closeout documentation.\nNot all duties need to be listed\nOther duties as assigned. \nQualifications\nHigh school Diploma or GED reuired\nReceives direct supervision\nPerforms administrative or technical responsibilities\nObjective based on established guidelines, process and operating procedures\nCoordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities in accomplishing well defined outcomes.\nWork is generally structured or recurring\nRelevant past experience is not necessarily required.\nEntry-level, non-exempt positions.\nMinimum Physical Requirements and Accountability\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.\nOccasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.\nComply with all company policies and procedures. \nAll employees are accountable for safety and health and are empowered to stop work if an unsafe condition is present.
