This is a great opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who knows industrial construction, enjoys being in the field, and wants to grow with an established, forward-moving organization.\nWhat You’ll Lead\nLead RK’s health and safety programs in alignment with federal, state, customer, and company requirements.\nSupport safer jobsites through inspections, safety surveys, corrective actions, and consistent follow-up.\nAdvise HSE leadership and project teams on compliance, prevention strategies, site-specific safety plans, and safety supply needs.\nDeliver and coordinate safety training, orientations, meetings, and refresher sessions for employees and field teams.\nInvestigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, complete reports, and recommend practical improvements.\nPartner with project leadership, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to monitor safety performance, support OSHA inspections, maintain contract safety requirements, and help reduce corporate EMR.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety \n5+ years of Safety work experience.\nBCSP Certification of any of the following ASP, CHST, STSC and OSHA 30 Construction and CPR First Aid AED\nAbility to travel to job sites and build strong working relationships with field teams.\nStrong organization, computer, verbal, and written communication skills.\nSupervisory experience managing direct reports and subcontractors preferred.\nWhy Build Your Career at RK\nBuild bigger.
