This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring HVAC technicians, providing technical guidance, supporting customers, and driving safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.\nWhat You'll Lead\nLead commercial and industrial HVAC technicians in safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.\nProvide technical guidance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, training, and mentorship to develop the team.\nCoordinate service calls, maintenance, start-ups, inspections, field teams, and customer needs.\nReview open calls, field work, and documentation for timely completion and compliance with RK standards, contracts, codes, and safety requirements.\nSupport job walks, estimates, scoping, and identification of additional service opportunities and referrals.\nCoordinate labor, parts, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver quality, profitable service.\nBuild strong customer relationships and make timely field decisions that support customers, technicians, and RK.\nWhat You Bring\n10+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience, with leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.\nExperience coordinating technicians, service calls, preventive maintenance, and field operations.\nWorking knowledge of HVAC safety requirements, codes, and industry best practices.\nStrong communication, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nWhy Build Your Career at RK\nLead from the field.
